Within my last semester, I was selected for a highly competitive internship position. I completed the partnered community internship between Cal Poly Humboldt and Eel River Brewing Company in which I was responsible for a variety of social media marketing tasks. I was successful in boosting social media following and engagement through content creation, primarily for their line of Clarity hard seltzer drinks and other promotional campaigns by creating and implementing media content calendars, media outreach lists, editing and graphic design software, advertising plans, and competitor research. With these responsibilities, I successfully grew Eel River Brewing’s social media account by 6% throughout the duration of my five month internship.
